Quick answers

Most questions are answered here — it's faster than waiting on a reply.

How fast is shipping?

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery across Australia usually takes 5–8 business days, and you get tracking as soon as it ships.

How does Ice Towel actually work?

Evaporative cooling. Wet it, wring it out, snap it in the air — as the water evaporates it carries the heat away, so the fabric drops below the surrounding temperature. No chemicals, no batteries.

How long does the cooling last?

Hours, depending on heat and humidity. When it starts to warm up, just snap it again to reactivate. Re-wet it whenever it dries out completely.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its bottle. Email us and we'll send you the return details.

Where is my order?

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't moved in 3 business days, message us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Do you do bulk or wholesale?

Yes — gyms, clubs, worksites and events. Use the form and pick Wholesale or bulk, and tell us the quantity you need.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold with like colours. No bleach, no fabric softener, no ironing. Tumble dry cold or hang to dry.

Still deciding?

Fast Australia-wide shipping. 30-day returns.
