Ice Towel ™

I was convinced a damp towel sealed in a bottle would turn into a science experiment by day three. Two months of gym later I just rinse it and leave the lid off overnight, and there is not a hint of mildew.

Darwin build-up season is a different animal and I will not pretend this makes it feel like winter. What it does do is take the edge off enough that I stop feeling sick by 2pm.
