At Ice Towel, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at icetowel.officiel@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults.

Return shipping
We cover return shipping for faulty items only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges
Need a different colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange where possible.
