Where we ship
We currently ship across Australia.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of purchase (business days).

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders over $50 AUD. For orders under $50 AUD, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@icetowel.com.au.

Lost or missing parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or if your parcel appears lost, contact us within 14 days and we will help resolve it.
